Is it just us, or did 2022 go by really fast? 

Maybe it was just that 2021 felt like it would never end, so anything else seems like we’re traveling at warp speed.

We are reaching the end of the year, so it’s time to reflect.

While we can’t overlook the hardships that people are still facing as they get back on their feet, there are reasons to be optimistic for the future.

As for us, our team faced many of the same struggles that you did, but we still have plenty to celebrate.
